Ambulance Booking Cancellation Policy

At Safe Ambulance, we respect every patient’s needs and understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly.
Below you can find the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of an ambulance booking, as well as any related financial charges.

By booking a Safe Ambulance service, you agree to comply with this cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation by the customer
Time frame for cancellations

Up to 24 hours before the scheduled transport:
The cancellation is eligible for a refund, subject to any applicable administrative or bank charges.
If the cancellation is made one or more days in advance, there may be no charge at all.

Less than 24 hours before the scheduled time:
Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

2. No refund policy

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

When the ambulance has already departed for the pickup location.

When the customer fails to appear or does not respond to the provider’s contact attempts at the scheduled time.
If the ambulance crew waits more than 30 minutes, the booking will be automatically marked as void, and no refund will be provided.

Exceptions

In special circumstances, such as the death of the patient, a 50% charge of the agreed fee will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

3. Refund process

For eligible cancellations, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days, using the same payment method that was used for the original booking.

4. Cancellation by Safe Ambulance

In rare situations, due to force majeure or unforeseen conditions (such as extreme weather, technical malfunction, or emergency reallocation of resources),
Safe Ambulance reserves the right to cancel the scheduled service.

In such cases:

The customer will be notified immediately, and

A full refund or rescheduling of the service will be offered, depending on the customer’s preference.

5. Dispute resolution

Safe Ambulance is committed to resolving all disputes fairly, transparently, and efficiently.

If you disagree with a cancellation decision or refund amount, you may escalate the matter to our customer service management team for further review.
